Living a healthy lifestyle does not mean you need to restrict yourself from the things and food you love, it's about creating balance within our busy lives.

Train with me

With over 7 years of personal training experience, my programs focus on functional and performance training along with customised individual programs for people who have specific goals and objectives.

Personal Training

One to one training is focused on helping clients reach particular goals they have made for themselves. Tell me what you want to achieve and success to me is helping you reach that goal.

Performance Training

This training is designed to improve your fitness level for the purpose of improving your ability to perform a given sport. It is all about explosive movements, reaction, speed, and agility.

Build Lean Muscle

Get strong and lean while burning fat at the same time. Building lean muscle involves HIIT type training, explosive cardio with bodyweight and little rest between sets.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training is about sharing a common goal i.e fat loss etc It is about sharing accountability and motivating each other while sharing the cost, the creativity and motivation of the trainer.

Functional Training

These are exercises which allow clients to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries. In the context of body building, it involves mainly weight bearing activities targeted at core muscles of the abdomen and lower back.

Recovery from Pregnancy

Every pregnancy and delivery are different for each individual, When the time is right and the doctor has given you the all clear, I can help you get your body back to its best, plus bring baby along if you like !
